Like any guide, as a real estate professional, I am trained to look at trends and data to help inform our approach to the market.

There are national, state, local, and even neighborhood distinctions in various data points. As a local market expert - I use the tools available through the respective MLS memberships, Tax Records, and more, to develop an integrated picture of a particular neighorborhood and property.
